chore: update curl and build and push new release tag on Docker Hub #170

This PR is an empty commit. It's used to build and push a new release tag. This release tag uses the latest libcurl (7.88.1-10+deb12u4) library that solves the two vulnerabilities CVE-2023-38545 and CVE-2023-38546.
