Fix:Update readme #320

For the installaion for the stable release instead of installing v4 i.e., in beta right now.

Can we merge this PR bcoz current installation instructions creates whole lot of consfusion for new users as they expect to use only the production version not the v4 beta version. Can we merge this.?
