support vitejs #291

coreui vue template use vue-cli but I love to have vitejs for faster developement and build time so I add vitejs to current template

I can't merge this in this version, because it will be a breaking change.

We consider using Vite in v5. It will be released soon, but this version is based on vue-cli and we can't change it.
