New landing page

As a user of the application

I don't want to be thrown directly into the game on loading the page, but be greeted by a landing page first

Because its a more pleasant use experience

• Background is another story, this only revolves around the main content of the page

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Cool animation, where the icon + text title moves to header on scroll, similar to current 3d animation
• [ ] The code is fully tested or a good explanation given why it should not or cannot be tested
