[Bug] Chromium based browsers cant access local container

Current behavior and impact: Opening the a local dev instance of the app deployed with the container in chromium based browsers does not work.

Steps to reproduce:

1. task run-container
2. go to localhost:3000 in a chromium based browser

Expected behavior: The page loads

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] You can open the app through localhost in chromium based browsers when the app is locally deployed through the container
• [x] Playwright chromium tests work as intended -> will be worked on in #151

I can't reproduce. Everything works fine in the default chromium on arch chromium-131.0.6778.69-1-x86_64
