I have added nvm install latest to have a congruent guide since, it asks right after to check nodes version and list the installed ones.

That extra line wasn't complete. You don't have to use powershell... a standard terminal with elevated privileges works too. There's also a difference between latest and lts. I just modified the README myself with these changes, so I'm closing this PR.
