[Issue]: Unable to accept license agreement on the installation dialog #1121

What happened?

while installing nvm on WIndows 11, I am unable to select the option to accept the license agreement. Using either keyboard or mouse to click/select the option does not work. the only action I can perform is cancel the installation using the keyboard. Using the mouse to click on the 'Cancel' button shows the button being clicked, but does not exit the installation. the only way to exit the installation is using the keyboard to select the Cancel button on the dialog and press enter.

What did you expect to happen?

Accept the license agreement to proceed with the installation.

It appears to have been an issue with my Windows setup. I did an sfc scan, restarted and was able to install nvm.
