[First Byte Idea] banking draft

FEATURES

• Opens new accounts (Checkings, Savings, or MoneyBag)
• Close existing accounts
• Deposit funds
• Withdraw funds
• Print all current account information
• Denotes "Loyal" customer status for MoneyBag accounts

  Implementation

• Stores account information in memory through Vec
• Used PartialEq for the Account struct to close accounts
• Handles the user input with basic error checking

  Testing

  1. Run the program: cargo run
  2. Open a new account with option 1, type Checking and input 1000 as initial balance.
  3. Open another new account with option 1, type MoneyBag and input 2000 as initial balance.
  4. Option 5: Print all accounts (expect ACC1 and ACC2 listed, with their balance, type, and loyal customer status).
  5. Deposit 500 into ACC1 with option 3: "Deposit successful! New balance: $1500.00"
  6. Withdrawl 1000 from ACC2 with option 4: "Withdrawal successful! New balance: $1000.00"
  7. Print all accounts again with option 5: Expect updated balance for ACC1 and ACC2.
  8. Close ACC2 with option 2: "Account closed successfully!"
  9. Print all accounts: Only ACC1 should be listed.
  10. Exit the program with option 6: "Thank you for using RU Bank CLI!"

      TODO

• Interest is not yet implemented
• Withdrawal fee for MoneyBag is not yet implemented
• Loyal customer logic can be improved for account balance < $2000
• Error handling for user inputs (comma)
• Age verification to dismiss accounts from users < 16 years old

Hey Corey, I've updated the PR description to highlight which features currently work and how they may be tested. I'm still working on implementing the interest rates but I'll keep you posted! Really excited to be working on this!
