Description

Build a command-line tool that takes a user's location as input and generates a simulated weather forecast for that area.

Goal

Simulate real-time weather predictions.

Features

Location Input: Users can input a city, state, or country to get a weather forecast.
Simulated Weather Data: Using an API generate weather data for temperature, humidity, precipitation, and wind speed.
Multiple Time Periods: Forecast for different time periods (e.g., hourly, daily, monthly).
Temperature Units: Support for Celsius and Fahrenheit.

Extra feature

Customizable Output: Users can choose to get detailed or summary forecasts (e.g., basic vs. full report).
