Link Color - Hover Becomes Primary #46

When you set the hover color for links, it becomes the primary color.

If you leave the hover color as the default and then set the primary theme color to something else, the primary theme color becomes the link hover color.

46 @coreypotter for the issue in the comment I guess this is the problem. The styling applies primary color to hover state of links, which overrides the link hover styling just above it. I was not sure, so want to confirm with you if the primary color needs to be applied to all the link styles here but not to there hover state?

Also, when I tried to change the hover color, it didn't become the primary color. Can you explain the original issue or what should I do to replicate?
