Need direwolf management interface created #1

Direwolf runs with an Out-of-the-box config at this time, and requires hand configuration before launch. Need to build a management interface, that can be quite simple (Callsign, PTT config, soundcard selection).

0.9.5 has this, and is currently committed to the dev branch
