usb devices keep switching names #3

I keep losing rig control, because the tty for the rig control cable keeps flipping between usb0 and usb1. gpsd handles the usb gps mouse from flipping, so no problemo there.

This will require some udev rules to be written, but I'll need a library of device ID's and such in order to build a decent set of rules from.
