Update: Intro and methods are getting there. The methods will need a bit of tuning, especially in the model part and extracting effect sizes, etc.

Intro I might have the working parts there, but not sure. My hunch is I might be being too 'critical' of current work, and need to lessen to that to some extent.

In order to knit the ms draft to a pdf, you'll first have to run the results_script.R file as that will put the 'final figures' in the folder. etc.

Close this for now. Nearly there. Will require some fine-tuning down the road.
