Not really an issue, but a note that now that we more-or-less have our workflow ironed out a bit, I reckon any of the phylo stuff (tree that is currently being made, and any of the phylosignal stuff) should be calling the 'analysis_data' part.
Currently, it has value up to 20, but our highest value in the analysis data is ~11.
