Not sure if this should be solely in the methods, or maybe a brief mention in the last para intro?

@wcornwell do you have a sentence or two highlighting the importance of doing 'both'.

Is there somewhere we can stick in a sentence that shows the importance of non-phylo models as well? I think RK was thinking that a reviewer would ask why not only do phylo models... But not sure how/where to answer that.

The how, is kind of demonstrated with stuff like brain size, I think.
