Shield Piercer item is not very relevant #327

It's virtually impossible to destroy a ship before its shield goes down, and stuns and knockback both offer a slim chance for both shield piercer and stun/knockback to proc.

This item should be more relevant.

Fixed in next update, it doubles the chance of stun and knockback triggering when shield is pierced
