Game in fullscreen mode doesn't like to let you alt-tab away #335

This may be an ebiten thing but tracking this to see if I can fix it.

I've found a way to fix it, and have submitted a bug for consideration to ebiten: https://github.com/hajimehoshi/ebiten/issues/1504

It sounds like the reason it works this way is to improve swiping in the multi-monitor scenario, but not being able to alt-tab in fullscreen mode seems like a more important scenario, to me. We'll see what they say.

Fixed in next release, ebiten fixed it in their latest release as well
