Spawn radius & time #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to edit monster spawn radious & time
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Lets say right click to edit monster spawn time & radius. I think its not 
implemented yet.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.9 Windows Server 2003 x64
Please provide any additional information below.
Its the only needed thing left out and this project its done.
Please add this fuctionality. Tile suggest can be overlooked.
