Control Border and Horizontal Orientation #135

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

Hi, I want to suggest u to use "ControlPaint.DrawBorder3D" to draw the border's
control (or something like that). Imagelistview has a "ugly" border when themes
r enabled on windows.

And another suggestion is to include Horizontal Orientation on Thumbnails and
Pane view too. I have a project where I need to display images (few) in a
single row horizontally (like Gallery view but without the bigger image).

PS: I have done these changes on my project, but would be cool have these
features on the official project too. ;)

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply.

I don't draw the border. The control has the WS_EX_CLIENTEDGE and WS_BORDER
styles set, so the border is drawn by windows. How do you get the ugly border?

Regards,
Ozgur

I'm using win7 and when visual styles is enabled the imagelistview border
doesn't reflect this option. Probably because imagelistview doesn't support
SO's themes.

If anyone's having this issue, can you please post a screenshot here? Because I
cannot reproduce this.
