Looking for a list to be compiled by Ben (with input from Mark & David) of people in Mozilla who should be interviewed about their views on the opportunity and what Mozilla should be doing in relation to their mobile strategy in emerging markets. These will then need to be segmented into phases, as appropiate.

@benrito I would love to move as many of the names of the tracker list to closed in the coming 2 weeks as possible.
