Perseverance improvements #129

I added that the scraper only used images of type 'Full' Updated README to include Perseverance cameras.

I am not sure if there is an automatic way to update the database and remove thumbnails - or just re-scrape :) I am back to 'real' work now sadly.

This looks like it works well to me. I think since we just deployed, the easiest solution would be to delete all Perseverance photos and re-scrape, which should only take a minute or two.
