Update to use "official" libgtkdatabox migrated to GTK3 #31

I'm planning to maintain the GtkDatabox and I will release a 1.0.0 version very soon, based in GTK3.

In the very moment, the official update is under revision, as a "merge request" in SF.net. But this process is so slow and I'm thinking about forking the whole project as a new GtkDatabox3, so that I can release the GTK3 version.

The GtkDatabox also has accepted my merge request, and even more, now I'm also maintaining it. So, if you have the time, please update the link to last version of GtkDatabox, 1.0.0, from the original site, ok? https://gtkdatabox.sourceforge.io/

When I have some time more, I'll try to solve some issues here too. The original author of BRP_PACU doesn't answer any requests there, so I think here could be the main source for it.
