Add a DAG to illustrate exposure, outcome, measured, and unmeasured confounders similar to the one in the Vanderweele and Ding paper. Ideally, label the E-->Y arrow with the user-provided effect estimate. Label the other two RR_EU and RR_UD.

I'm thinking to use the daggity package, at least to start. Link if you have journal access.
