Will the me_cleaner work on an X299 motherboard? #125

There's no way to tell in advance if me_cleaner will work on a particular board/PCH, the only way is to try it, it all depends on the specific BIOS implementation (so it could work on an Asus X299 board but not on a Gigabyte X299 one).
