I don't understand, what's the issue? They've simply applied me_cleaner on the board's firmware and shared the modified (and tested) image.

Yes, I could not find or think of a better place to share this. Many Intel_Me cleaning sources claim it necessary to use a SPI device to hard flash a motherboard to remove Intel ME. This proves otherwise; I think it important people know this fact. Many people including myself would much rather buy a board and grab a pre-modified bios, instead of jumping through the hoops to remove intel_me. If its already done this can save lot of people a lot of effort. He is also offering to freely mod peoples bios as well and is building an archive of me_cleaned roms. Its a great source. :D...|
