MAC address of onboard ethernet port is `ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff` on x230 using "Neutralize and shrink Intel ME" method #245

On the Lenovo ThinkPad X230, If you "Neutralize and shrink Intel ME", ethernet port appears with the MAC address ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff to host OS. In this scenario, I added the ifd_shrinked.bin and me_shrinked.bin to my coreboot config. I did not adjust the CBFS_SIZE. gbe.rom was included in the image. Everything works as expected using the "Neutralize Intel ME" method.

Unable to reproduce, using the neutralize and shrink method and fresh builds. Card is initialised correctly.
