Could you please add notes about how to check me_cleaner results.

There were at least two similar issues, that I've found: #137 #171.

But: intelmetool segfaults: https://github.com/zamaudio/intelmetool/issues/27 spsInfoLinux64 says Error 9460: Unknown or unsupported hardware platform

Supermicro X9SCM-iiF, debian stable (4.9.0-8-amd64) and sid (4.19.0-1-amd64)
