Do i flash the out.bin file back to my bios chip #253

Im wanting to install coreboot onto my labtop. But i am having the issue as to what file do i flash to my chip. Do i flash out.bin to it, or do i flash the modified.file to it. I am following a article that is using the me cleaner alongside external flashing.
