disable ME in i5 6600k #361

i've done it recently. I just copied the firmware binary directly from the spi flash eprom using a arduino and some janky code. after that just feed it into me_cleaner and write it back to the eprom. But make sure you keep a backup and a possiblity to restore it just in case
