Loading MIDI files #19

MIDI files can now be saved, but I would be nice if we could load them back
into mingus.containers as well. This way we would also have a (kind of
crude) way to interact with other programs.

Version 0.3.6.0 and up can import midi files generated by mingus. Type 2 midi 
files
need still to be tested, but this at least works.
