Change "eight" to "eighth"

May I request changing all instances of "eight" to "eighth" in the
core.value module? "eight" is a misprint, and it is an error since eight =
8 and eighth = 1/8. (There is no such thing as an "eight note.")

This includes fixing hundred_twenty_eight as well as the documentation.

Sorry to be nit-picky, but this error is certain to confuse programmers.

Oh my, that's a bit embarrassing. I'm not a native speaker and never noticed 
it; so
thanks for letting me know. I will try to change the core.value module and its 
docs
as soon as I have some time.

OK it's done; I checked in the changes and they are available in the 
repository. They
should be included in the 0.4.0.2 release, which should arive shortly.
