Update copyright information from 2008 to 2008, 2009 #78

Ah, exciting legal issues!

This is in regard to packaging and distribution. To get mingus included in
the major distros we should write or find a script that updates the
copyright information. 

From:
   Copyright (C) 2008, Bart Spaans
To:
   Copyright (C) 2008, 2009, $AUTHORS

Would be nice if inserts authors as well; so we don't have to do that
manually anymore. 

Also add an AUTHORS file in the base, where all developers and contributors
are listed.
