Initialize DocumentBaseUrl when loading from file #28

This step required on loading included relative files in order to determine base directory.

Updated unittest case will follow to kode.

@dfaure-kdab if I see it correctly the Parser::parseFile is not used in the KDSoap, so this change affects the kode mainly.

Do you have any objections with accepting and merging this?
