Here are the proposed changes to src/Lpf2Hub.h and src/Lpf2Hub.cpp. I have also included some minor adjustments to doc/MIGRATION.md, which you might want to review/include.

@fvanroie Many thanks for that contribution! Very good idea and also thanks for proposing the adaptions in the MIGRATION.md file. I will merge it and will change the Sensor callbacks accordingly
