Missing assets for v0.5.1 #168

In release v0.5.0 and earlier, the release included binary assets, which I found helpful. However, no assets were released in v0.5.1. Please add the assets.

Also, please include builds for linux/arm64.

FYI: CloudPosse has built and published v0.5.1 via its Debian and RPM package repositories.

Binaries are available for both Intel and Apple/ARM chips.
