Implement the acceptance criteria below.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Users should be able to type a name or an email address in the search bar, and results should match if the query matches a name or an email address. For example, query "jason" should match both "Jason" and "jasonzheng@gmail.com"

Notes

You will need to change getUsers again.
