improve marathon jenkins json app #5

make sure we can consume vhosts and bridge networks in marathon

JNLP port may have to be fixed in marathon as its not http

which means I will probably have to set in the config a http://jenkins-ci-platform.marathon.mesos:uniqueport for web, and another unique port for the slave

then add a LABEL for the vhost jenkins.service.tinc-core-vpn

external access (users) will connect to the vhost, but every service within mesos will use the .marathon.mesos:port
