Nerf Sky block mod. #80

In Minetest 5.0, iron bar nodes can be placed as xpanes:bar_flat and quest 8 in level 3 wants it to be xpanes:bar. I nerfed it by renaming xpanes:bar into xpanes:bar_flat to make this level completeable by everyone.
