The result is black, and I don't know how to make him normal

we have a tool in ohif that has support for overlay data, not in ohif, maybe we should move that to cornerstone https://github.com/OHIF/Viewers/blob/master/extensions/cornerstone/src/tools/ImageOverlayViewerTool.tsx
