Does the same as #7 but also fixes #4 by adding aria labels to anchors.

[x] Add variables for each label
[x] Make every label opened to external changes with Input()
[x] Make pagination compliant to Section 508, an amendment to the United States Workforce Rehabilitation Act of 1973
