PoE not working #2

Hi, bought the POE Version on Amazon, but unfortunately Device can only be powered via USB. When logged in, UI also displays a lot of errors/inconsistencies:

I tried several PoE Injectors, cables etc. Device simply stays "dead"

Do I have to enable PoE Somehow?

It's layer8 Issue. I'm supplying too less input voltage. 802.af requires 48v. I'm supplying only 24V. Therefore device doesn't power up.
