This PR fixes the label link in the README file so that it shows a count of all open issues, not just a count of issues with the label https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-app-ccl/labels/question affixed.
Since no issues in this repository carried the https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-app-ccl/labels/question label, the count in the badge was always 0:
With this PR the badge counts all open issues:
