Today the automated check on pull requests is failing (see action) although 3 days ago it was successful (see action).

• The problem with https://www.apple.com/covid19/contacttracing/ seems to be temporary.
• The problem with https://www.bundesregierung.de is reproducible and it is similar to a previous issue https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-documentation/issues/542 from March 2021.

Steps to reproduce

On clone of https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-documentation execute npm run checklinks

Note errors

Analysis

The website is blocking access to the link and requesting confirmation that the user is a human.

Use the following sequence to disable link checking of problematic links
