TAN Request Hotline - How do you prevent an infected user from requesting multiple teleTANs? #6

Your Question

How do you prevent that an infected user (who can answer all the questions correctly) calls again, maybe from a different phone, and requests another teleTAN? The Data Privacy statement does not mention that you save any other data than the phone number, and this only for one hour. Or did I miss something?

Ok, I found the answers in "Bericht zur Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzung für die Corona-Warn-App der Bundesrepublik Deutschland" and its Annex 5.
