feat: additional columns in cancellation table #261

Current Implementation

Cancellation table contains

time of archiving
time of CSV file generation / bucket uploading
time of Download request
user id of download requester
time of CSV file deletion
S3 Object Id of the CSV file

Suggested Enhancement

the following columns shall be added to the cancellation table

size of CSV in byte
number of exported entries aka number of practised tests
SHA-256 Hashsum from the CSV file

enhanced process safetyness
