Outdated UI instructions for requesting a test certificate

Describe the issue

• In CWA 2.5 the test tile is labelled "Register Test" (Android-EN), "Register your Test" (iOS-EN), "Test registrieren" (Android-DE & iOS-DE).
• In CWA 2.6 the test tile is labelled "Manage Your Tests" (Android-EN & iOS-EN) / "Sie lassen sich testen?" (Android-DE & iOS-DE). The button is labelled "Request Test Certificate" (EN) and "Testzertifikat anfordern" (EN) - (Android upper case, iOS mixed case).

The user instructions are therefore not correct for CWA 2.6.

Suggested change

Add the text corresponding to CWA 2.6, leaving the instructions for CWA 2.5 available.

Since it was already decided that previous versions are also supported, the FAQ should also describe what to do with previous versions.
