FAQ: Out of date "Do I have to use this app?" #1904

Describe the issue

The FAQ entries:

are out of date and cover only functionality that the app provided when it was first released. In the meantime other functions like check-in and EU digital COVID certificate management have been introduced, which are not described.

Suggested change

Greatly simplify the FAQ articles and point instead:

The Privacy notice is reviewed and maintained with each release of CWA, so using a reference from the FAQ will ensure that the FAQ will stay up to date.

I suggest the following texts which are the wording from the Privacy documents, therefore the text is already approved and published. If you think this is good I will submit a PR to update the FAQs.
