The video erklaervideo_gebärdensprache.mp4 seems to be an unused copy of erklaervideo_gebaerdensprache.mp4.

https://www.coronawarn.app/de/sign-language/ uses the link to erklaervideo_gebaerdensprache.mp4. There is no link on the website to the asset erklaervideo_gebärdensprache.mp4 .

This is the largest undeleted, unused file in the repository!
