Update FAQ #warn_without_tan_how_often: Add info about error hint #3339

This PR adds a new sentence and a screenshot to the FAQ article

The blog https://www.coronawarn.app/en/blog/2023-01-18-cwa-3-0/ says "Warn once every three months at the most".

It would be good to have the blog and the FAQs giving a consistent message, i.e. no specification of interval, or both saying three months.

Thanks for your feedback. The interval is configurable, therefore we prefer not to specify in the FAQ, which is generally considered to be always up to date. The blog reflects the interval at the time of publication. A user that encounters this error in the app will always see the currently effective interval.
