Update FAQ #end_of_development: Suppress warnings in build #3432

As there are no textblocks in the recently added FAQ articles about the end of development of the Corona-Warn-App, gulp-json-transform prints a warning in the build process for each file (German and English). This can be seen here.

gulp-json-transform: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'join')

To prevent this, this PR adds textblocks to the FAQ articles. As seen here, this PR is working as intended.
